I started at McKinsey and Deloitte, working with Fortune 50 clients through large-scale enterprise transformations across strategy, operations, digital, and AI. I've sat in the rooms where the hardest decisions get made and helped leadership teams navigate them with rigor and speed. I've worked across healthcare, financial services, technology, and PE-backed platforms, typically with organizations in the $100M–$2B range navigating inflection points.
The clients I work with best are technology leaders in transition: stepping into a new role under scrutiny, navigating cost pressure from the board, modernizing a delivery model that wasn't built for the current environment, or preparing the function for a transaction moment. The work is about repositioning technology as a front-office enabler, a function the business can underwrite, not just tolerate.
After fifteen years at McKinsey and Deloitte, I founded RLK in 2025 to strip out the noise: no bloated teams, no endless decks, no junior staff learning on your dime.
